Sandwich party trays have our own cooked turkey breast, roast beef, ham with American, Swiss & provolone cheese. Chicken, tuna and egg salad are all homemade. We use assorted flavor wraps, rye, marble rye, pumpernickel, Kaiser Rolls& croissants. Lettuce & tomato are on sandwiches. Condiments are on the side. Each tray is garnished with a pickle & olive trays & cheese chunks. You can add corn beef & pastrami at no extra charge. # 6 trays come with choice of 1 salad. Larger trays come with choice of 2 salads that you can choose from which are Home Made Potato or Macaroni Salad or Cole Slaw. Extra charge for a House Salad or Pasta Salad. Extras Shrimp or seafood salad adds 1.00 per sandwich. Extra croissants add 1.00 each

Gourmet Sandwich Trays

Same as our sandwich tray but we put grapes, roasted peppers, bruschetta, sun-dried tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, shredded lettuce, romaine, spring mix and tomatoes in sandwiches. We also use Wisconsin Cheddar, Muenster, Horseradish, Hot pepper Jack, Cooper and American, Provolone & Swiss Cheese. Honey Mustard & mayo on the side.
